Since starting to use the AzureAD module for managing Azure or Office 365 users you’ll probably notice that the syntax of some of the cmdlets aren’t as simple to use as the ActiveDirectory module and that you actually have to type or autocomplete the parameters or you get an error that it doesn’t know what you’re talking about.

We had an issue with an account recently which meant that we had to hard delete the O365 account and re-synchronise from on-premises without deleting the on-premises AD account.

We are still on-premises exchange 2013 with elements of cloud hybrid for Skype for Business as well as some small Office 365 tenancies. We are however fully utilising MS Azure for our Infrastructure and hosting needs as well as Azure Active Directory.
